I created the rollout plans, wrote the community letters, and produced the films to announce transitions for four college presidents. Each succeeded without a hitch, though each had (as these things do) its days of “fingers crossed” the news wouldn’t leak before we went public. In the work below, the incoming president thanked me for “creating the frame I could step into” to essentially launch his presidency months before he arrived. These pieces were adopted by one of the country’s top executive search firms as a model for their other clients.
